These monochromatic 3-D works are a continuation of the "Centers" idea.  I began this series in 2017.  They are made of archival quality recycled paper from fine art printing projects.  The paper is shaped, then glued with PVA to a birch plywood panel.  There are also various other materials used, such as q-tips, seeds, beads, nails, pins, papier-mache, modeling paste, wire, and plaster.  Gesso is then applied to any porous surface.  All materials used are archival quality.

The absence of color allows the flower form to shift and change into an abstraction.  The paper grows naturally into an organic form.
